Sleep Recorder Plus Pro 4.5.15

This application consists of three modules: RECORDER, SMART ALARM, and STOP SNORING.

RECORDER

The RECORDER module allows you to record your talk or snoring while you are asleep. It offers automatic or manual sensitivity levels, with the ability to record only snoring using smart snoring detection. It creates graphs of the noise in the room during the night and tracks the total time of snoring.

SMART ALARM

The SMART ALARM module helps you wake up easily by analyzing your sleep phases and waking you up during your lightest sleep phase. It aims to improve your sleep naturally and maximize your sleep efficiency.

STOP SNORING

The STOP SNORING module attempts to reduce snoring by playing chosen sounds or using iPhone vibrations when snoring is detected.

By utilizing tracker data and defining your own factors such as activities, means, drugs, or custom notes, you can analyze which factors positively influence your sleep and limit your snoring. The app provides beautiful statistical charts for simple and efficient analysis of your sleep patterns.

Snoring detection is based on artificial intelligence (A.I.) with the support of Apple's new machine learning technology. With a large number of snoring samples, the app achieves high accuracy in both statistics and snoring detection itself.

Instructions are provided on how to correctly place your device.

• FACTORS, WAKE UP MOOD, NOTES: Allows users to track factors (alcohol, coffee, stress, etc.) for each night, as well as their mood upon waking up and personal notes.
• ACTIVATION DELAY: Start monitoring after a specified period of time.
• BACKGROUND MODE: Monitoring runs even when the app is in the background. Alarms can also go off from the background.
• APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
• iCLOUD SYNCHRONIZATION: Syncs data among your devices and between the free and paid versions of the app.
• EXPORTING HISTORY TO CSV FILE
• APPLE WATCH: Tracks sleep movements and provides haptic feedback (sound, vibration) if the alarm is triggered or snoring is detected.
